Investment in Bristol has seen the emergence of a number of world-class schemes in recent years. The Redcliff Quarter covers 3.5 acres between Three Queen’s Lane and Redcliff Street, and is now in its second phase. This £250m mixed-use scheme will include apartments, a hotel, independent restaurants and co-working space. Developers Change Real Estate are also set to build a 23-storey building here.
