Connolly Works provides flexible workspace within this urban warehouse packed with British history. Once occupied by Connolly Leather, leather goods were supplied for famous British car manufacturers including Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin and Jaguar. Occupiers (especially from the tech industry) have been demanding a supply of creative office space for their growing companies so we are pleased to be able to offer a cool space which gives our client’s a stylish and unique home for their business whilst maintaining the features of the history. This design-led workplace will offer a stylish lounge with a bar area for all of the networkers and party-goers out there. This will be available to all residents as well as our external members. Showers and bike racks will be available making us cyclist friendly and meeting rooms are available to rent.
